Monster Chain and Rake
The Chain & Rake Monster® is a durable, stainless steel bar screen designed for efficient debris removal in headworks, pump stations, and storm overflows. Its innovative design eliminates sprockets and bearings in sewage flow, extending system life and ensuring reliable performance. Shipped fully assembled, it features replaceable rake teeth, bar spacings starting at 1/4″, and a pivoted wiper for optimal debris removal.
Heavy Object Trap
The Monster Industrial Heavy Object Trap efficiently converts restaurant grease into renewable energy by screening debris like rocks and plastics that can damage systems. Available in six sizes, it features a HYDRO grinder, adjustable bar screens, and easy cleaning with a hot water washdown.
Fish Cleaning Station
The Fish Cleaning Station shreds fish waste and solids into flushable particles, preventing clogs and protecting equipment. With a HYDRO grinder, durable design, and pre-plumbed setup, it offers low-maintenance convenience for indoor or outdoor use, meeting ADA standards.
Auger Monster

Shredders
JWC Environmental’s SHRED series, made in the USA, features high-efficiency dual-shafted shredders for wet and dry applications. From the powerful 7-SHRED-2 for demanding environments to the compact 1-SHRED for small spaces, these models handle diverse materials like tough solids, food waste, and recycling. Customizable with motor, reducer, and cutter options, they deliver optimized shredding and improved process performance.
Vertical Auger
The Vertical Auger Monster is a fine screening device that removes solids from pump stations, launders and dewaters debris, and deposits clean material into a bin. Paired with a JWC Monster grinder, it improves the separation of organics from solids and protects equipment in confined spaces, handling flows up to 9.4 mgd.
Monster Industrial Manhole (MIM)
The Monster Industrial Manhole (MIM) is a prefabricated FRP manhole designed for easy installation in gravity-fed sewer lines, ideal for space-limited applications. It efficiently shreds solids like rags and plastics, preventing pump breakdowns. Customizable for height, pipe size, and cover type, it includes a built-in grit trap to ensure durability and reliable performance.
In-line grinders
JWC Environmental’s HYDRO series features high-efficiency dual-shafted grinders designed to reduce solids in liquids, protecting downstream equipment. Ranging from the compact 1-HYDRO for tight spaces to the powerful 4-HYDRO for large-scale industria operations, these USA-made grinders ensure smooth operations and reduced equipment damage across diverse industries.
MEVA grit classifier
The Meva Sand Washer SWA dewaters and washes sand from sedimentation tanks, reducing organic content to 1-5% ignition loss. It delivers cleaner sand, smaller volumes, and lower disposal costs by separating and flushing out organics with an agitator and sand screw.
MEVA MCU (Combi)
The Meva Combi Unit (MCU) is a compact pre-treatment system integrating multiple steps in one steel tank for municipal and industrial wastewater. It separates, washes, and dewaters solids, removes sand in a trap, and offers optional aeration and grease removal. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, it handles flows up to 300 l/s and can include a rock trap if needed.
MEVA Step Screen
The MevaScreen RSM is an efficient step screen for wastewater treatment, offering uniform slot width to minimize water rushes. Suitable for demanding applications, it handles throughputs up to 15,000 m³/h with slot widths of 2-6 mm. Made from stainless steel, it features self-cleaning screens, low flow resistance, and automatic anti-blockage protection for reliable, low-maintenance performance.
